Within 15 business days of placing your order from Wholesale Keychain you may return or exchange any product(s). You may exchange an item for the following reasons only:

Defective keychains or missing parts
Wrong quantity or item shipped

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 15 business days. All parts must be in their original condition and appearance.

Return/Exchange Procedure

To return a core or part(s) please contact us with the following information:

Full Name
Order Number
Email Address
Item SKU number (product number)
Date of purchase
Indicate whether you are looking to return or exchange

Once we have received your return/exchange request, we will issue a return/exchange account number and give the mailing address for returns. No returns/exchanges will be accepted without the return account number. All returns/exchanges must be postage paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns/exchanges must be properly packaged. We are not responsible for damaged items as a result of improper packaging.

Refunds

Refunds for returns take 30 days to process and credit from the date we receive your return at our shipping center. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card or PayPal account that you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If after 30 days, you have still not received a credit please e-mail the returns department contact us, for the fastest response.

If any keychain is returned for any reason other then an exchange or defect. The customer will NOT be refunded for shipping and will be charged a $1/keychain restocking fee.

Our Terms and Conditions:

You may return products within 15 business days of shipment for a refund or replacement. Engraved products are non-returnable. All returns information is located above. On orders shipped USPS First Class Mail. The usual shipping time is 4-6 business days. Wholesale Keychain is not responsible for delayed shipments. Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect products after 15 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

If you fail to officially notify Wholesalekeychain by email within 60 days of not receiving your order; Wholesalekeychain cannot be responsible for any lost or undelivered product. You will need to re-order.

Shipping on initial order applies only to residents within the Continental U.S. WE DO SHIP INTERNATIONAL. NORMAL USPS INTERNATIONAL RATES WILL APPLY. NO TRACKING IS AVAILABLE THROUGH USPS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. BEFORE ENTERING IN ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION YOU WILL SEE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS.

Our preferred shipping method is United States Post Office, First Class, Priority, and Express Mail. If you need the item shipped faster. Do not accept delivery if the packaging shows evidence of damage or mishandling When you place your order before 1:30 pm CST, Monday through Friday, we make every effort to get your order shipped that day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are processed first thing Monday morning. Therefore, please allow extra time to receive your package.

Backorder Policy

Occasionally a backorder will happen. Once in a while the demand for certain items may overwhelm our inventory. In situations like this, we make every effort expedite production and ship as soon as we receive the item. Most items that are backlogged take 7-10 business days to replenish.
