Free Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $15 that are shipped to USA locations

 

Shipping (small orders)

When you place your order before 1:00pm PST, Monday through Friday, we make every effort to get your order shipped that day.  Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are processed first thing Monday morning.  In general, small orders are shipped via US Postal Service using First-Class Mail service.  An automated email with a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is processed.

  • For USA orders
    • You will receive your order in 3-5 business days. (engraved orders take longer to process, see below).
    • You can expedite the order with Priority shipping (1-3 days) and Express shipping (1-2 days).
  • For International orders
    • We ships via Post Office and are dependant on their shipping time.  In general, shipping takes 7-14 business days.
    • Longest shipping times seem to be to Australia which can take up to 21 days.  
    • Email us and we'll let you know our past experience with shipping times to your country.

 

Shipping (large orders)

Large orders can take ~14 business before they ship out.  We ship large orders via US Postal Service or UPS.  We will touch base with you and let you know when to expect your order.  If you need the order by a specific date, let us know and we will make it happen.

 

Shipping (engraved orders)

Engraving takes time.  While we try our best to keep engraving time to a minimum, each order is handled individually and takes time to process.  Engraving usually adds 5 business days to an order, but can take as long as 14 days during our busy periods.  

 

Backorder Policy

Occasionally a backorder will happen. Once in a while the demand for certain items may overwhelm our inventory. In situations like this, we make every effort expedite production and ship as soon as we receive the item. Most items that are backlogged take 7-10 business days to replenish.

 

Damaged Products

Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Be sure to report any damage to the carrier.

 

Return/Exchange Policy

Within 15 business days of placing your order from Wholesale Keychain you may return or exchange any product(s).  No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 15 business days. All parts must be in their original condition and appearance. No returns/refunds on engraved orders unless keychains is defective or engraving is incorrect.

Return/Exchange Procedure

To process a return/exchange, please contact us with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Email Address
  • Item/SKU
  • Date of purchase
  • Indicate whether you are looking to return or exchange

Once we have received your return/exchange request, we will issue an RMA number and give the mailing address for returns. No returns/exchanges will be accepted without an RMA number. All returns/exchanges must be postage paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns/exchanges must be properly packaged. We are not responsible for damaged items as a result of improper packaging.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed immediately once the returned items arrive at our warehouse.  

 

Our Terms and Conditions:

You may return products within 15 business days of shipment for a refund or replacement. Engraved products are non-returnable.  All returns information is located above. On orders shipped USPS First-Class Mail, the usual shipping time is 3-5 business days. Wholesale Keychain is not responsible for delayed shipments. Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect products after 15 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
